Celebrating Dental Hygiene Month With a Little Fall Fun!

Get to know Dr. Rozanski and our amazing hygiene team with a fall-themed round of “This or That.”

October brings plenty of reasons to smile: crisp fall air, colorful leaves, pumpkin everything…and National Dental Hygiene Month!

At Rozanski Family Dentistry, Dental Hygiene Month is the perfect opportunity to recognize the important role our dental hygienists play in keeping our patients and our community smiling all year long.

Our three hygienists - Beverly, Kim, and Shelly - do much more than help keep your teeth clean. They’re an essential part of your overall oral health, helping to prevent gum disease, identify potential concerns early, provide personalized guidance for at-home care, and make every visit as comfortable as possible.

And because our patients spend so much time getting to know our team from the dental chair, we thought October would be a great opportunity to help you learn a little more about the people behind the masks!

Fall This or That: Meet the Team

In honor of Dental Hygiene Month, and one of our favorite times of the year, we asked Dr. Rozanski, Beverly, Kim, and Shelly to make their picks in our Fall-Themed This or That Comparison Matrix.

Who chooses the classic fall favorite? Who goes in a completely different direction? And which members of our team have more in common than you might expect?

Take a look at the matrix below and see how your own fall favorites compare with Dr. Rozanski and our hygiene team. The next time you're in the office, you may even have a new topic to discuss while you're in the chair!

Celebrating Healthy Smiles All October Long

While Dental Hygiene Month gives us an extra reason to celebrate Beverly, Kim, and Shelly, good dental hygiene is something worth prioritizing every day.

Brushing twice a day, flossing regularly, maintaining a healthy diet, and keeping up with routine dental cleanings and exams are simple habits that can make a major difference in your oral health. Regular preventive care also gives our team the opportunity to identify small issues before they have the chance to become bigger ones.

This October, we hope you'll join us in recognizing our wonderful hygiene team and the care they provide to our patients every day.

And whether you're Team Pumpkin or Team Apple, there's one thing we can all agree on: a healthy smile is always in season.

Smiles all around.
